1Hose Pump design
Huayun chemical dosing peristaltic hose pump adopts hollow design,which greatly reduce the weight of pump,use kinetic energy of pump rotor to drive the air circulation in the pump chamber,improve the heat dissipation of pump chamber. The design expand the life of whole Heavy duty peristaltic hose pump.
Additionally, based on the different stress point of hose compression,hollow-out design of top cover could reduce the stress of hose compression. This action increases the life of hose.
Rotor assmbly
The rotor assembly of light mortar peristaltic pump is composed of a spindle , a bracket and a pressure roller.The spindle adopt TU design and has a pressure scale, which is convenient to adjust the discharge pressure of the pump.
The end face of roller adopts the design of plane seal to avoid material contanination to bearing and damage of the roller.
