HIJ115 Stainless steel high shear mixer requires a 7.5kw motor, each batch ranges from 300-1000L which can meet most of the applications. The mixing blades have two choice, single suction working head and double suction working head. Single head normally apply to medium viscosity fluid material with medium size particle. Double head normally apply to melting,suspension, homogenizer of low or medium viscosity materials.
HIJ115 could equip with a mobile trolly for easy movement, the mobile trolly has a air piston which could lift the Stainless steel high shear inline mixer to 2m, this action save much of labor force to lift the mixer to a certain height. Good assisstant for food & beverage ,chemical mixing plant,etc.
