HYSM disc type Automatic Paint Nano Horizontal Bead mill mainly drives the dispersing shaft for high-speed movement by the motor. Under the action of the dispersing disc, the grinding medium performs high-speed movement, and the friction and shearing force make the material to be ground and dispersed repeatedly. Finally, the grinding medium is separated by the dynamic separator and the screen to make the qualified material flow out from the discharge pipe. Meanwhile the material is pumped into the chamber through the feeding system constantly, thereby realizing long-term continuous grinding work!
The dispersing device consist of main shaft, dispersing disc, reflection cage and lining, the main shaft drives dispersing discs, then dispersing discs drive media, makes material grinded and dispersed equably. Reflection cage is installed at front end of main shaft to avoid blocking of medium.
